Return Eligibility
AddonFusion sells digital goods in the form of the keys for the game add-ons. As these are downloadable items, all sales are final once the download is initiated.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-Returnable:
- Downloaded or initiated downloads of the keys for the game add-ons.
- Completed transactions for digital goods.
- Return Process
If there is a technical error or issue with the purchase that prevents you from accessing the keys for the game add-ons, please contact our support team at info@addonfusion.com within 14 days of the transaction for review.
- Price Changes
AddonFusion reserves the right to change the prices of any keys for the game add-ons or services on the platform at any time, without prior notice.
- Cancellation and Return Conditions
For Customers:
- Before Download: If you cancel before the download is initiated, you may be eligible for a Return.
- After Download: Once the download has started, no Returns will be provided.
For Freelancers:
This section is not applicable as AddonFusion does not operate with freelancers.
- Returns
Approved returns will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect.
- Late or Missing Returns
If you have not received a Return after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
